I'd recommend avoid including the milk. Butter will help toast the pastry. I haven’t tried out applying white chocolate but I do use slightly tahini paste and it is actually perfectly great. Hope this allows xxNow melt the remaining 50 % of the milk chocolate and pour it on top. Give it a superb shake to sleek it out by having an offset spatula.
